Firstly, I wanted to say a great big thank you to all my new and existing customers for your support through these difficult and uncertain times. The last few weeks have flown by and I have been busy sorting orders out, making up hanging baskets and displays and started delivering peoples orders.
In addition to this, I have been adding new stock to the website on a regular basis. A lot is now readily available. Not everything is online so if you have any enquiries about anything please feel free to get in touch and ask.
I will be planting my overwintering onions and garlics very soon up the allotment and it would be great to hear of your winter gardening plans too!
Furthermore, now is the time for your spring bulbs to be planted. A great selection found in store and I have now designed a gift box if you wish to send some bulbs to a friend or relative.
The winter bedding plants have been growing well and the cyclamen have been a great hit. I always strive to provide my customers with the best quality plants from growers all over Europe and the UK. It is always pleasing to have positive feedback and for customers to keep returning to me. The primulas are just about ready so my winter bedding plant mix will be being delivered and shipped all over the UK this week with customers getting in touch from as far afield as Wales.
I have found the local community support very encouraging and it has been reassuring that the support I need is there and that they are very grateful for my service and produce. I have found getting to know more of my local customers very refreshing and pleasant.
Hopefully, as the business and website grows we will be able to look at taking on some employees who have the same devotion and dedication as myself. I will always try and give something back to the community as I feel community spirit and supporting one another has been lost somewhat over the years. I will be holding some small charitable events in. the coming months so please check back for regular updates.
This just leaves me to say thank you again one and all and stay safe.
